    Sounds like a really good album. Not liking that version of 'Band Aid', doesn't sound as good as her live versions but hopefully it will change my mind in full.

     

    I love this version of 'Band Aid' after hearing the live one about a million times! They will probably do a deluxe version and I'm guessing it might have live tracks on...? Maybe not, but I'm sure it will grow on you in full! I'm still so excited... 'My Love' is already a classic!

    I think I'm going to do both! Have you heard 'My Love'? It's my favourite song ever written and I've only hear 30 seconds of it! 'Band Aid' also sounds amazing!

    I don't know if it's getting lots of airplay, but it's getting airplay at the right times on the right stations! I think it will be a Top 10 hit, maybe around #6. I don't think the number one spot is likely with all the competition, but Mika shouldn't be written off!

    #1 for Calvin for sure. I don't really think Tinchy will see much success. The chavs are happy to download his singles but they tend not to buy albums whereas I think 'Im Not Alone' appeals to genuine dance fans as well as chavs and thus Calvin's album will sell decently.

     

    For some reason, I disagree with what you say a lot of the time! However, you are 100% right about this!

    If what Steve says is true, I would guess BEP have this and next week at #1, Dizzee will have the next two weeks (can't see Sugas going to #1 imo) and then it'll be pretty close between Pixie and Dizzee...

     

    What about Eva? She could explode in a few weeks and destroy Pixie and Dizzee! I hope you're right about Sugababes, I can't listen to that song and Keisha's legs are too big to watch the video.

    It's receiving a lot of airplay already, so could be higher than 65k?

     

    I hope so, but I don't know how realistic something like 75k is if the promo isn't as thorough. The song is probably going to have to sell itself, 'Turn It Up' and a few others could do that, but I don't know about 'Boys & Girls'.

    I can see her selling around 50k first week.

     

    I think she will sell a few more to be honest. 'Mama Do' sold 58k and this is a far better song. Although there will probably less UK promo for this, she's already established herself as quite a name. I think it will sell about 65k.

    Great songs can get a reasonable amount of TV airplay but no R1 airplay and pretty much fall flat on their arse; Girls Can't Catch and Ciara being two recent examples...

     

    There is always that danger, but GCC could have never lighted up the charts with that song. This is so much more lively and catchy!

    I think this song is going to go Top 5. It's getting a lot of plays on the music channels and combines the great video with a great song (even if it is just an enhanced version of 'Work').

    Ugh, COME ON BOOTS. I will actually cry if Remedy doesn't go top 10, she needs more promo :(

     

    I've been seeing her everywhere recently! Too much hype, I wish they had let her build slowly and steadily rather than have her thrust on the UK as the next big thing! The public are just revolting and not getting behind her like they should, the song is brilliant and it should be fighting for the Top 5!
